Dr. Rodger H. Murphree

I actually aquired Fibromyalgia from 4 years of undiagnose chronic pain. I was lucky in that once the source of pain was discovered and corrected (back surgery for a bad disc) the symptoms greatly reduced. Now I mainly have occasional flare-ups when I over-do it. But there are many suspected triggers for this disease, and treating symptoms may make things worse because of the side-effects of strong medications. My hope is that you'll consider a holistic approach that will get to the root cause of the inflammation.

Dr. Murphree has an interesting, encouraging approach to treating Fibromyalgia, also known as The Mystery Illness. No “one prescription fits all answer.” His goal is to get to the root of the problem and guide you toward peak health.

This is not a personal endorsement for Dr. Murphree or his books, just a resource for those searching for an alternative to treating symptoms instead of the cause.

In my quest for better health as I age, I've discovered many natural solutions that support my body toward wellness.
