I confess, I struggle to eat the recommended amount of veggies a day. This a great way to add a colorful veggie AND essential oil!

You will need: •  1 fresh beetroot •  ½ cup fresh parsley •  2 tbsp coconut yoghurt (Coyo) •  8-10 drops of dōTERRA’s Lime essential oil •  5 drops of dōTERRA’s Wild Orange essential oil •  2 drops of dōTERRA’s Cardamom essential oil •  1 tsp extras virgin olive oil •  Pinch of salt •  Fresh red chilli to taste •  1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Method: 1. Blitz to desired consistency in a food processor or hand blender 2. Garnish with Chickpeas
